I congratulate the Hanukkah holiday of our Jewish citizens with my sincere feelings.

The holiday season is the time when families, neighbours, friends share their joy and embrace each other and at the same time, when the feelings of love, respect and brotherhood and the spirit of unity and solidarity come into being in its purest form.

Hanukkah holiday with its story, the victory of light against darkness, pureness against degeneration and spirituality against materialism, is a means for us once more to remember the universal values of the entire humanity

Our Jewish citizens - who have distinguished themselves with their social, professional and academic successes in various fields and with whom we have shared our despair as well as our joy and hopes - are continuing today to provide exceptional contributions to Turkey's unique human richness.

In this regard, I once again congratulate our Jewish citizens' Hanukah holiday and wish them well-being and happiness.
